TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VIRTUAL SOLUTIONS CRM APP

Welcome to Virtual Solutions, a CRM app. The following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”)

constitute a binding agreement between you and Virtual Solutions. By accessing or using our CRM app,

you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this

Agreement, you may not use the CRM app.

1. SERVICES

Virtual Solutions offers a cloud-based CRM app designed to manage customer interactions and customer

data. Our CRM app offers a variety of features such as lead generation, appointment scheduling,

invoicing, and more. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the CRM app or any feature of the

CRM app at any time without prior notice.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To use our CRM app, you must register for an account with Virtual Solutions. When registering for an

account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining

the security of your account and password. You are also responsible for any actions taken through your

account. Virtual Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we

suspect any fraudulent activity or misuse of our CRM app.

3. USER CONTENT

Our CRM app allows you to upload and manage your own content, such as customer information, lead

information, and appointment information. You are solely responsible for the content you upload to our

CRM app. By uploading content, you grant Virtual Solutions a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free

license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the content as necessary to provide the CRM

app to you.

4. FEES

We offer our CRM app on a subscription basis. You will be charged the monthly or annual subscription

fee based on the subscription plan you select. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at

any time, and any changes will be effective upon the next billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription,

your access to the CRM app will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Virtual Solutions will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

arising from the use of our CRM app. We do not guarantee that our CRM app will be error-free or

uninterrupted, and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors that may occur. We will not be

liable for any loss of data, or any loss or damage caused by viruses or other harmful components.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Virtual Solutions retains all rights, title, and interest in and to our CRM app, including all intellectual

property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our CRM app

without our prior written consent.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in

which Virtual Solutions is located.

8. AMENDMENTS

Virtual Solutions reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any modifications will be

effective upon the posting of the modified Agreement. Your continued use of the CRM app following the

posting of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Virtual Solutions and supersedes all

prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this

Agreement.
